Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, execution, and ongoing management of SHI’s sales and marketing technology ecosystem.
Help intake business requests, design scalable solutions, and ensure efficient delivery across systems.
Drive technology adoption and identify innovative ways to leverage sales and marketing technologies to support business objectives.
Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests, enhancements, and issues across CRM and marketing platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, marketing operations, business systems, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Ability to travel 10%.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
