About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, execution, and ongoing management of SHI’s sales and marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Help intake business requests, design scalable solutions, and ensure efficient delivery across systems.
  • Drive technology adoption and identify innovative ways to leverage sales and marketing technologies to support business objectives.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests, enhancements, and issues across CRM and marketing platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, marketing operations, business systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Ability to travel 10%.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
