About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic advisor for sales and marketing technology, guiding stakeholders toward scalable, standardized solutions aligned with enterprise systems and data strategy.
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests, enhancements, and issues across CRM and marketing platforms while maintaining clear backlog visibility.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with development teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and capabilities, ensuring alignment across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo, and integrated systems.
- Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and data processes to enable seamless system interoperability and operational efficiency.
- Drive marketing automation effectiveness by supporting campaign execution, lead management processes, and sales and marketing alignment.
- Ensure platform governance, including data quality, process standardization, documentation, and license utilization.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes, proactively communicating updates and driving resolution across stakeholders.
- Champion technology adoption and user enablement by partnering with cross-functional teams and Learning & Development (L&D) to improve the user experience and maximize technology value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, marketing operations, business systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity supporting teams throughout the United States.
- Ability to travel 10%.
