About the role
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering well-defined projects and discrete workstreams within established scope, timelines, and delivery frameworks.
- Plan and manage well-defined projects or workstreams with clear success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and documentation
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action follow-through
- Track tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately
- Ensure delivery aligns to approved scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Provide regular, audience-appropriate status updates
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned initiatives
- Build productive relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers
- Monitor budgets, hours, and resourcing against plan
- Track and report variances, risks, and issues
- Support change control documentation and approvals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2–4 years of Project Management experience
- Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied
- Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects
- Proficiency in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, guiding teams through the Scrum framework to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
- Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources
