About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact for all scholarship partners
- Develop and execute a strategy to create and expand internship and job opportunities for scholars
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scholars and mentors, providing individualized support
- Lead planning and execution of the annual scholar conference
- Design and manage scholar engagement throughout the year
- Develop and lead an intentional community-building strategy for scholars and alumni
- Track scholar progress and outcomes, using data to inform program improvements
- Manage scholarship disbursements and payment processes
- Support foundation-wide operations and process improvement focusing on AI and automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience, ideally in program or project management
- Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills
- Commitment to expanding opportunities for young leaders
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with significant attention to detail
- Comfort and curiosity with AI tools — you actively use them to work smarter and are excited to help others do the same
- Experience managing payments, financial processes, or vendor coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
