About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary contact for all scholarship partners
  • Develop and execute a strategy to create and expand internship and job opportunities for scholars
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scholars and mentors, providing individualized support
  • Lead planning and execution of the annual scholar conference
  • Design and manage scholar engagement throughout the year
  • Develop and lead an intentional community-building strategy for scholars and alumni
  • Track scholar progress and outcomes, using data to inform program improvements
  • Manage scholarship disbursements and payment processes
  • Support foundation-wide operations and process improvement focusing on AI and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in program or project management
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Commitment to expanding opportunities for young leaders
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with significant attention to detail
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI tools — you actively use them to work smarter and are excited to help others do the same
  • Experience managing payments, financial processes, or vendor coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
