About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary contact for all scholarship partners
Develop and execute a strategy to create and expand internship and job opportunities for scholars
Serve as the primary point of contact for scholars and mentors, providing individualized support
Lead planning and execution of the annual scholar conference
Design and manage scholar engagement throughout the year
Develop and lead an intentional community-building strategy for scholars and alumni
Track scholar progress and outcomes, using data to inform program improvements
Manage scholarship disbursements and payment processes
Support foundation-wide operations and process improvement focusing on AI and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience, ideally in program or project management
Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills
Commitment to expanding opportunities for young leaders
Proven project management and organizational skills, with significant attention to detail
Comfort and curiosity with AI tools — you actively use them to work smarter and are excited to help others do the same
Experience managing payments, financial processes, or vendor coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
