Analyze the various applications developed by our programmer-analysts
Write user stories, analyze acceptance criteria, and write functional files as needed
Participate in small and medium-sized development projects
Analyze user’s needs and define innovative solutions according to their business needs
Develop and review functional specifications files and use cases as needed
Support the implementation team
Support the users during evaluation tests

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma and/or university degree in technology
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
Experience in the development of Web applications
Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Services oriented architecture (SOA)
Knowledge of the Confluence software
Experience with GitHub or similar tools
Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and tools such as Postman, Lucidchart, or Figma
Exposure to AI automations or simple AI agents is considered an asset
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
