About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams
Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity level
Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of new vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements
Assist the product managers in defining the reselling model
Perform partner interviews and participate in escalation calls
Propose modifications to our platform needed to streamline vendor integrations or improve overall product acquisition experience
Participate in the prioritization of required integrations and modifications
Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing
Work closely with development teams and other operational delivery teams during the integration phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis, or product management
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset
Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API’s, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered an asset
Ability to have conversations with clients and work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to look at the big picture
Thirst for learning and definite interest in the field of high technology
Demonstrated leadership and exercise a positive influence on work teams with which you collaborate
Results-oriented with the capability of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies
