About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Brand Manager in the execution of B2C and B2B marketing activity for the New Homes, Lettings and Financial Services businesses
  • Assist in the delivery of brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all activity aligns with brand guidelines, internal processes and regulatory requirements
  • Provide marketing support and campaign delivery for New Homes launches, including coordination of materials and liaison with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the delivery of paid digital campaigns across Daft.ie, MyHome.ie and SherryFitzSocial, working with internal teams and external agencies as required
  • Support the delivery of best practice email marketing campaigns for New Homes clients, including content preparation, scheduling and reporting
  • Identify and action opportunities to drive traffic and leads to SF.ie and developer client websites
  • Manage the creation and scheduling of digital content for New Homes, Lettings and Financial Services social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand tone of voice
  • Monitor social media activity and assist with responding to comments and direct messages as appropriate
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activity using analytics tools and agency reports
  • Support the management of in-branch marketing materials for New Homes, Lettings and Financial Services
  • Provide general marketing team administration and support on wider group projects as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising or digital communications
  • Knowledge or experience of the residential or new homes property markets would be advantageous
  • Experience in online design using products such as Canva/Adobe for assets such as video creation, social media content, display banners, branch posters and email marketing collateral
  • Strong experience writing content in English for email and social media
  • Well organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A positive team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
