About the role

  • Develop and produce 2D and 3D animations for a variety of brand and communication projects
  • Independently execute motion projects — from concept to final export
  • Coordinate and provide professional guidance to designers and working students
  • Design and animate logos, social media assets, corporate videos, and brand motion systems
  • Work closely with the design team to fully integrate motion design into branding processes
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our motion standards and workflows
  • Optional: Coach and share knowledge within the team on tools, techniques, and new trends

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency environment or on comparable projects
  • Proficient with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D; experience with Blender is a plus but not required
  • Experience with animation presets, expressions, and Motion Graphics Templates
  • Good skills in video editing, compositing, and sound design are advantageous
  • A strong sense of timing, rhythm, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Desire to manage projects independently while mentoring or involving junior team members
  • Self-motivation, team spirit, and enthusiasm for collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
