About the role

  • Designing layouts for various applications, e.g., flyers, posters, brochures, and newsletters
  • Creating illustrations and icons in line with design guidelines
  • Reviewing and commenting on submitted designs (logo, colors, imagery, typography, layout principles)
  • Effectively communicating brand values so clients understand and can apply them
  • Supporting production details (e.g., file formats for different reproduction methods, color reproduction for print and digital, etc.)
  • Direct coordination with clients on complex questions or gray areas

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Communication Design and/or a qualification as a media designer
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in conceptualizing and creating branding projects, ideally from an agency environment
  • You are creative and able to translate ideas into coherent designs; open, curious, communicative, and empathetic
  • You understand design systems and can apply them confidently
  • You think across design media and touchpoints and enjoy assessing and communicating design
  • Confident in using standard programs and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration
  • You have a conscientious, responsible, and structured way of working
  • You set very high quality standards for your own deliverables
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
