About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or in lieu of degree Industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations/general management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 8-10+ employees, ideally in an Engineering Services or Field Services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business
  • Self-starter
  • Strong safely culture leadership experience
  • A strong desire to "win"/competitive nature with a strong drive, energy, and motivation
  • An interest and ability in being a hands-on leader
  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
