About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals are aligned and met

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or in lieu of degree Industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operations/general management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 8-10+ employees, ideally in an Engineering Services or Field Services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial
- Experience working with customers and building relationships
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business
- Self-starter
- Strong safely culture leadership experience
- A strong desire to "win"/competitive nature with a strong drive, energy, and motivation
- An interest and ability in being a hands-on leader
- Strong change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
