About the role
- Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to guarantee the optimal performance and compliance of electrical equipment
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients
- Engage with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner, addressing inquiries, providing technical expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, client feedback, and any necessary product modifications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and R&D, to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects
Requirements
- Currently Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field: Graduating no later than May 2028
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and relevant industry standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and a dynamic work environment
- Availability for frequent travel to customer sites for on-site support and service tasks as needed
