About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform electrical testing, maintenance, and repair services on electrical distribution systems
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up on low, medium and high voltage electrical systems
Conduct transformer tests, relay calibration, and circuit breaker testing
Respond to customer emergencies in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or EE Degree required
NETA Certification (I, II, III or IV) preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in switchgear testing
Good PC skills including Excel; PowerDB experience a plus
Must adhere to electrical safety procedures
OSHA 30 hour, MSHA, NFPA training preferred
Drug-free and able to pass tests
Valid driver’s license with good record
Willing to work flexible hours and travel 40%
