- Be the Catalyst for Data & AI Work
- You’ll lead discovery conversations that uncover the real business problems behind requests—clarifying goals, defining outcomes, and ensuring ideas are fully formed before they enter delivery.
- Turn Big Ideas into Clear Direction
- You’ll translate high-level asks into well-structured user stories, functional and technical requirements, and acceptance criteria—giving delivery teams exactly what they need to build with confidence.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution
- You’ll act as a connective thread between business leaders, product owners, data engineers, and BI developers—ensuring shared understanding of scope, priorities, and progress at every stage.
- Own the Flow from Intake to Impact
- From initial request through sprint delivery, you’ll help guide work forward—tracking progress, removing ambiguity, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged along the way.
- Elevate How Work Gets Done
- You’ll bring structure and consistency to how initiatives are captured, prioritized, and managed—using tools like Microsoft Loop, Jira, and SharePoint to ensure transparency and follow-through.
- Champion Agile, Iterative Value
- You’ll help teams and stakeholders think in terms of MVPs, experimentation, and continuous improvement—ensuring value is delivered early and refined often.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a business analyst, technical analyst, or project management role
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing the lifecycle of business or data projects
- Exposure to reporting and analytics environments; experience working with data teams or BI developers preferred
- Certifications in Business Analysis or PM (e.g., PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI—capable of understanding report structures, data flows, and data model concepts
- Experience with work tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and basic data concepts such as KPIs, data sources, and data validation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
- Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to foster trust, manage expectations, and build consensus
- Experience influencing stakeholders and promoting process consistency across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to connect small details to big-picture goals
- Adept at identifying ambiguities or gaps in requests and asking the right follow-up questions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business problems into clearly defined requirements.
