About the role
- Serve as the Frontline for Request Intake
- Facilitate discovery conversations with stakeholders to understand business problems, priorities, and desired outcomes
- Ensure submitted requests are fully defined and actionable
- Bridge the Gap Between Business and Delivery Teams
- Partner with technical teams to track progress, clarify scope, remove blockers, and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the sprint cycle
- Strengthen Process and Structure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a business analyst, technical analyst, or project management role
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing the lifecycle of business or data projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Experience with work tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
