About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the leadership teams to drive change and modernise and improve ways of working.
  • Drive performance by building great relationships and providing constructive challenges to people-related matters.
  • Support in the development and implementation of the people plan.
  • Support Leaders/colleagues to fulfil their potential and lead change across Heathrow with energy and pride.
  • Facilitate change management projects ensuring that outcomes are sustained and benefits are realised.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior management teams within an operational environment and across the CofE's in the People Team.
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward.
  • Experience of working in a unionised environment, establishing effective and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in data-driven insights to enable effective decision making.
  • Experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment.
  • In-depth experience in managing and embedding Change from an HR perspective.
  • Level 7 CIPD qualified.
