  • The scope and complexity of Heathrow’s strategic programmes and capital regulation requires clear efficient processes that adhere with our regulatory responsibilities ensuring we protect shareholders investments through efficient recovery of capital investment through the regulated asset base. This role requires a proactive individual who has strong leadership and stakeholder management skills along with high energy to inspire, influence and lead both the Programme teams and the Airline community.

Requirements

  • Professional qualifications (membership of an appropriate institution) or evidence demonstrating continued personal development
  • Extensive knowledge of how economic regulation is reflected in Heathrow processes and how Solutions responds to the issues
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other teams and external stakeholders to achieve a common result
  • Strong collaborative working skills are essential, as is the ability to model and demonstrate appropriate behaviours to implement the change and generate a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder skills, the ability to manage ambiguity & influencing skills, and strong and inspiring leadership skills, able to create a clear vision for the future and effective at motivating others to follow
  • An effective problem solver with high intellectual capability, with record of applying a challenging and analytical approach to complex issues and developing innovative yet pragmatic solutions
