About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, engaging candidates through various platforms, candidate evaluation, interviews, and offers
Partner with Practice Leadership and staffing team to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, create thoughtful recruitment strategies, and support communication and awareness of development offerings across the practice
Create and maintain job descriptions that reflect role expectations, Firm culture, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and talent communities as a primary point of contact to support current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive and transparent experience
Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and candidate communications
Maintain recruiting systems, candidate information, and hiring data
Develop a strong understanding of Shepley Bulfinch’s career development philosophy, learning resources and growth opportunities
Serve as a knowledgeable resource to help employees connect with development opportunities available across the Firm
Partner with the People + Development team on initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement and connection
Lead the Firm’s internship program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent engagement, or related people-focused roles
Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships
Ability to balance long-term planning with immediate and timely execution
Appreciation for architecture, design, and creative professions
