About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete a comprehensive 3-year graduate programme combining on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalized coaching
Lead IT assurance reviews across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity domains
Conduct comprehensive risk management reviews and identify gaps
Track remediation progress
Evaluate IT processes, policies, and standards for regulatory and industry-framework compliance
Advise the first line of defense on risk mitigation, control enhancements, and remediation planning
Collaborate with first line of defense and business focal points to promote risk awareness and effective governance
Drive Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automate (ESSA) initiatives within assurance services
Oversee the accuracy and relevance of team and stakeholder tools and reports
Update tools and reports according to evolving business needs
Manage operational IT control responsibilities, assurance services, improvement projects, and risk management initiatives
Stay informed about internal policies and external risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have graduated prior to the first day at Shell
Must be pursuing or have completed a Master's degree
Less than three years of professional experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in IT security and risk management
Ability to absorb information and analyze problems
Ability to make objective decisions and generate original ideas
Drive and resilience to achieve goals
Flexibility to collaborate effectively within a team
Credibility to influence others
Openness to alternative perspectives and views
Valid work authorization for India
