About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • You develop and expand financial models and KPI dashboards and analyze where revenue, margins and working capital are heading — and why.
  • You translate operational and financial metrics into concrete recommendations for action.
  • You run business cases, support investment decisions and contribute to the development of our management and control frameworks.
  • You work closely with Accounting, Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure finance processes are transparent and efficient.
  • You actively drive digitization and automation.
  • You support the CFO on strategic special projects — from ERP and reporting projects to coordinating audits and bank meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controlling
  • You can identify patterns and relationships in numbers — and make them understandable to others
  • You are proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and BI systems
  • Budgeting, forecasting and reporting are part of your daily routine, not exceptions
  • You work in a structured, independent way — you do not require close supervision
  • You communicate clearly, including when speaking with colleagues outside of Finance
  • You have very good German language skills and are confident in English.
