About the role
- Lead the organization's growth strategy through federal expansion, market development, strategic hiring, and partnerships
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify new opportunities
- Align Marketing & Communications and Compliance strategies with business development
- Develop and execute growth strategy to scale organization from 100M+ to 200M+
- Oversee corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Lead enterprise capture strategy and oversee pipeline development
Requirements
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree is preferred
- 15+ years of experience with senior leadership in growth strategy, BD, or federal contracting
- Proven success expanding into federal markets and driving organizational growth
- FAR/DFARS and government procurement processes knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-value talent
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
