About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join manufacturing and distribution teams producing and transporting flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers
Work in an assigned manufacturing role, such as Production Associate, Creeler, Creeler Operator, Utility Relief, Lift Truck Operator, or Machine Operator
Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones
Follow safety, attendance, and performance policies
Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow
Work necessary overtime as required by production demands
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or team leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull repetitively
Ability to sit and stand repetitively
Ability to lift at least 15–50 lbs., occasionally more depending on role
May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work Shift 3, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am
Ability to work necessary overtime as required by production demands
