About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods safely
- Manage twisting machines to ensure yarn integrity and quality standards
- Oversee heat-setting processes for yarn durability and performance
- Load and monitor creels to maintain continuous production flow
- Repair and maintain creels and mend rolls to minimize downtime and ensure quality standard products
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow
- Work necessary overtime as required by production demands
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or team leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, climb stairs and push repetitively
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Follow all safety, attendance, and performance policies
- Work necessary overtime as required by production demands
