About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Patcraft Account Executives to advance sales strategies
  • Connect with key players within targeted accounts
  • Provide Salesforce training for new Account Executives
  • Generate comprehensive reports
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system
  • Manage email accounts and monitor Salesforce notifications
  • Collaborate with Connect/Inform to create marketing newsletters
  • Assist Account Executives in finding potential business opportunities
  • Document customer insights for the sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2+ years sales support experience
  • Support up to 20 account executives at one time
  • Located in Eastern standard time zone
  • Preferred: CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Data/reporting tools (Excel, Tableau exposure)
