About the role
- Increase sales volume, market share, and product penetration within assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers
- Actively listen and learn about dealer operations to provide tailored recommendations
- Meet or exceed sales goals and activity metrics
- Work closely with Territory Managers and RVPs to execute strategic initiatives
- Sell and promote all residential product labels
- Conduct daily sales calls to existing customers
- Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics
- Prepare periodic sales reports detailing performance and market conditions
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate degree or higher education preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience or B.S. in Marketing or related field
- Ability to learn Salesforce, and other Shaw systems necessary for the position
