About the role
- Drive Growth: Increase sales volume, market share, and product penetration within assigned accounts
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers and internal teams
- Understand Customer Needs: Actively listen and learn about dealer operations to provide tailored recommendations
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and activity metrics
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with Territory Managers and RVPs
- Promote Product Lines: Sell and promote all residential product labels
- Maintain Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of residential product offerings
- Execute Sales Activities: Conduct daily sales calls to existing customers
- Monitor Market Conditions: Maintain awareness of competitive activity and market dynamics
- Report and Analyze: Prepare periodic sales reports detailing performance and market conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate degree or higher education preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience or B.S. in Marketing or related field
- Ability to learn Salesforce, and other Shaw systems necessary for the position.
