About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja, owning cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations expense base.
  • Develop and manage the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, including opportunity identification, business case development, prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
  • Establish governance, routines, and reporting mechanisms for initiative progress, savings, and risks.
  • Identify cost, service, process, and organizational improvements with Operations leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce Operations Expense while maintaining or improving service levels, customer experience, and operational reliability.
  • Partner with Global Logistics to understand distribution, transportation, delivery, warehousing, carrier, and network cost drivers.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams covering cost-to-serve, delivery efficiency, network utilization, freight optimization, accessorial management, productivity, and service performance.
  • Translate data and operational insights into recommendations, business cases, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning, Consumer Experience, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Create transparency across initiative owners, milestones, financial impacts, dependencies, and risks.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and tools for efficiency opportunities.
  • Drive ownership, accountability, and speed in operational improvements.
  • Report to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts
  • Proven ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, or financial performance tracking
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into insights, recommendations, and action plans
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Undergraduate degree from a respected college/university, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Travel required domestically and internationally, up to 20%
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with other regions
