About the role
- Provide leadership, coordination, and management of project management processes
- Oversee Technical Project Management Team to ensure technical programs meet organization goals
- Develop and implement project management processes and policies
- Assign project management resources and assist in the development of project teams
- Lead all aspects of projects from start to finish
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus
- Knowledge of project management software products is preferred (e.g. Smartsheets)
- Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
- Demonstrated competency in project management and execution of multiple large projects
- Effective communication across the organization, including to senior management
- In-depth knowledge of Agile development best practices
- Knowledge of SDLC tools like Jira and Confluence
