About the role
- Achieve and exceed team bookings/revenue targets through execution of sales to payors
- Forecast pipeline and opportunity progression to senior leadership
- Coach and develop team members based on key performance criteria
- Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with multiple teams to demonstrate Sharecare solutions
- Serve as a voice of the market and provide input on pricing and product positioning
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other industry-standard sales tools
- Experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual selling
