About the role

  • Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business
  • Implement action plans to land & expand existing accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
  • Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
  • Work closely together with our Project Managers, Application Engineers and Operations team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Be attuned to the industry landscape and market trends

Requirements

  • You live for the hunt for finding new customers and drive home their first order
  • You love cultivating early relationships with these customers to bring them to the next level
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role in a b2b environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of Shapeways’s manufacturing services
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Able to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
  • Resilient & strong objection handling skills
  • Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Fluent English plus any other European language preferred
  • Posses a positive, can-do, team-player mentality
