• Oversee Special Order team and create strategy to handle Special Orders
• Manage Special Order team that partners with stores to facilitate special orders
• Establish relationships with merchandising areas and vendors to execute fulfillment of Special Orders
• Oversee process to document item specifics and cost to ensure quality and price for special orders
• Work as part of larger merchandising team to execute merchandising/strategic WSM priorities
• Establish a framework with store teams and visual merchandisers to train best practices for the selling process and when/how to use special orders
• Conduct business via telephone and computer technology; travel to stores or events up to 10% of the time
