About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform and reconcile complex intercompany transactions, balances, and eliminations.
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities and countries.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and reporting requirements in both Spain and the United States.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local accounting providers.
- Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
- Monitor and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Support ERP and accounting system optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in international or multi-entity environments.
- Strong knowledge of: US GAAP Spanish Accounting Standards (PGC) Financial statement preparation and consolidation Intercompany accounting and reconciliations Transfer Pricing principles and practical application.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following systems: NetSuite QuickBooks A3 Software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
