Designer

• Définir et piloter la stratégie de design à long terme pour la manière dont des millions de Canadiens interagissent avec Shakepay.
• Diriger une équipe de design performante et renforcer la culture design de l'entreprise.
• Influencer la stratégie d'entreprise et défendre l'excellence en design au niveau exécutif.
• Établir une feuille de route design alignée avec les objectifs business et besoins clients.
• Collaborer avec Produit, Ingénierie, Marketing pour orienter le développement produit.
• Superviser la recherche utilisateur et l'analyse des insights pour guider les décisions produit.
• Faire évoluer les design systems, frameworks, outils et processus (DesignOps).
• Définir et maintenir des standards élevés pour l'UI, l'UX et la narration produit.

• Define Shakepay’s design vision and strategy: Establish a long-term roadmap for product design, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Elevate design as a strategic function: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive leadership to shape product direction.
• Cultivate a high-performing design team: Strengthen design culture by fostering creativity, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence - helping push boundaries and deliver consistently delightful experiences.
• Champion customer-centricity at scale: Oversee user research and insights programs, embedding data-driven design decisions into product development.
• Mature design systems and operations: Drive the evolution of frameworks, tooling, and processes that allow design to scale efficiently and consistently across products.
• Ensure design quality: Set high standards for UI, UX, and product storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens trust in Shakepay.

Head of Design

Analyst

• Assist the treasury team with day-to-day crypto and banking operations.
• Support in the execution of daily trades and cash management tasks to ensure smooth movement of funds.
• Help monitor the company’s liquidity position and prepare reports on capital allocation.
• Work with product and operations teams to provide support on projects that impact fund flows.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with banks, payment providers, and crypto liquidity partners.
• Contribute to the preparation of data analyses, dashboards, and financial models for treasury initiatives.
• Gain exposure to crypto trading strategies and assist in research aligned with Shakepay’s objectives and market conditions.
