Account Executive

• Develop outbound prospecting: actively identify, qualify and convert prospects among entrepreneurs, business leaders and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive revenue generation: manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through full client onboarding and first deposit.
• Structure and optimize your sales funnel: track your activities and conversion rates in HubSpot (or another CRM), with an ongoing focus on performance and efficiency.
• Tailor your sales pitch: adjust Shakepay’s positioning to the specific needs of each prospect, whether for crypto treasury, high-volume transactions or long-term BTC accumulation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, product and support teams to bring back field feedback and refine our go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain active market intelligence: closely monitor trends in digital assets, treasury management and financial services to anticipate opportunities and sharpen your sales approach.

Sales Executive

• Lead Outbound Sales: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads among business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Drive New Revenue: Own the full sales process—from outreach and first call to onboarding and initial funding.
• Maintain a Disciplined Pipeline: Manage your activity and conversion metrics in HubSpot or equivalent CRM, optimizing for speed and volume.

• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product to surface customer needs and improve our go-to-market approach.
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor trends in digital assets, treasury management, and financial services to spot new opportunities and sharpen your sales angle.

Onboarding Specialist

• Review and verify documents submitted to verify individual customers or recover account access
• Engage with business customers to gather and verify onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and our internal policies.
• Conduct comprehensive online investigations of business customers, including money service businesses, crypto companies, and financial service providers, to understand their business models and regulatory landscapes fully.
• Analyze business plans, flow of funds, and AML compliance policies of potential clients to assess risks and compliance.
• Communicate onboarding requirements and compliance policies to business customers clearly and professionally, ensuring they understand and meet all necessary criteria.
• Work closely with the compliance and customer support teams to streamline the onboarding process for business customers, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize technology to organize, track, and analyze onboarding data, setting and monitoring KPIs to generate insights and drive improvements in the onboarding experience.
