About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outstanding concierge service by managing and fulfilling diverse member requests promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations, transfers, dining reservations, and activities in line with member preferences.
- Research and recommend unique, luxury experiences tailored to individual member interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, transportation providers, and local partners globally.
- Communicate proactively with members to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout their travel experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance the overall member experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge services, luxury travel planning, or hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and lifestyle experiences is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Based in North America and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
