Technical Project Manager – Business Analysis, AI Delivery

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple concurrent technology and business projects
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
- Monitor project health and proactively manage risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce detailed functional specifications
- Map workflows and customer journeys
- Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation
- Actively leverage AI throughout planning, documentation, analysis, communication, reporting, testing, and project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience managing technical and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with developers, designers, technical architects, and executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment
- Experience using AI tools for business analysis and project delivery will be highly regarded
Benefits
Comp & perks- Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month depending on experience
