Key responsibilities & impact

Create user flows and wireframes.
Develop interactive prototypes.

Build production-ready FlutterFlow applications.
Create reusable components.
Maintain scalable design systems.
Integrate APIs and backend services.
Support testing and deployment.
Leverage AI to improve:

Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, AI Engineering, Technical Architecture, Marketing, Operations, Developers, Leadership to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Continuously improve usability, optimize user flows, reduce friction, increase engagement, strengthen accessibility, and continuously improve product quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience building applications using FlutterFlow.
Strong understanding of mobile UX and UI principles.
Experience designing customer journeys and user flows.
Ability to rapidly prototype ideas.
Strong FlutterFlow shipping history: you’ve built and launched real FlutterFlow apps to production.
Strong UI craft: you can deliver pixel-perfect execution and consistent design systems inside FlutterFlow.
Solid integration skills: REST APIs, auth flows, state management, offline/latency states, caching patterns, error/empty/loading states.
Comfort with custom code when needed (custom actions/functions/widgets) while staying FlutterFlow-first.
You’re AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools for development/design/testing and can describe your workflow clearly.
You’re organized: you keep ClickUp updated, communicate clearly, and document decisions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
AI-First Product Design Experience: We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout product development. Experience using AI for:
- UX research
- Wireframing
- Interface generation
- Documentation
- User stories
- Product planning
- Testing
- Quality assurance
- Workflow optimization
- Rapid prototyping will be highly regarded.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: Flutter, Firebase, Supabase, API integrations, No-code platforms, Low-code platforms, SaaS products, AI products, HealthTech, Education technology, Product analytics, Mobile app publishing, Design systems, Figma.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,500 - $2,200 per month, depending on your FlutterFlow experience, product design capability, technical proficiency, AI expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
