Optimize digital customer journeys across multiple brands, products, and services.
Analyze customer behavior and improve landing pages.
Optimize lead magnets and increase webinar registrations.
Improve email performance and reduce funnel abandonment.
Leverage AI to personalize customer experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, AI Engineering, Automation, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
Demonstrated experience improving landing page and funnel conversion rates.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
Experience interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience using AI for customer journey analysis, funnel optimization, landing page improvements, copy optimization, marketing analytics, experiment design, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and customer segmentation will be highly regarded.
