Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
AI-First Operations Experience We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout operational leadership. Experience using AI for:
- SOP creation
