About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams
Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design scalable operational systems
Ensure every automation is thoroughly tested, documented, monitored, and continuously improved before deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations
Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design
Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience using AI for workflow design, process mapping, documentation, code generation, QA, testing, debugging, technical research, knowledge management, operational optimization
