AI-First HR Officer – Talent Acquisition, People Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source outstanding candidates globally.
- Screen applications.
- Conduct interviews.
- Coordinate hiring processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Manage ATS workflows.
- Schedule interviews.
- Prepare interview packs.
- Maintain recruitment documentation.
- Track recruitment KPIs.
- Coordinate onboarding.
- Leverage AI to improve candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview preparation, candidate communication, documentation, reporting, QA, recruitment workflows, employer branding, knowledge management.
- Support onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
- Improve recruitment processes and build scalable hiring systems.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, operations, marketing, technical teams, and department leaders to build exceptional teams.
- Continuously improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-hire, enhance candidate experience, increase AI adoption, strengthen recruitment systems, and improve HR operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational capability.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
- Experience using AI for candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview preparation, candidate communication, recruitment marketing, documentation, reporting, quality assurance, SOP development, workflow optimization will be highly regarded.
- Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Global recruitment, Executive recruitment, Technology recruitment, AI recruitment, Employer branding, HR operations, Remote workforce management, Performance management, Onboarding.
