About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership.
Improve customer lifecycle automation and optimize lead routing, sales pipelines, and customer communication.
Leverage AI to improve workflow design, automation planning, documentation, QA, and customer journey mapping.
Partner across functions to deliver intelligent systems that enhance customer journeys.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation.
Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing.
Strong troubleshooting capability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience using AI for various tasks will be highly regarded.
