End-to-End Sales Officer – AI Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage prospective customers across multiple markets
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound activities
- Build long-term relationships with individuals and organizations

- Recommend appropriate Human Intelligence solutions
- Prepare proposals where required
- Manage negotiations professionally

- Support smooth customer onboarding
- Build trusted long-term relationships
- Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track sales activity and pipeline health
- Prepare forecasts and reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling
- A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline records
- Confidence conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- A stable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Selling SaaS, AI, technology, healthcare, education, consulting, or professional services (preferred)
- Experience selling high-ticket products or complex B2B solutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms (preferred)
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar (preferred)
- Experience managing longer consultative sales cycles (preferred)
- International sales experience across English-speaking markets (preferred)

- Monthly base retainer of USD $500–$1,000, based on experience and performance
- Standard 10% commission, plus a 5% Fast Start Bonus (15% total commission)
