Key responsibilities & impact

Build integrated marketing strategies across multiple products, brands, and campaigns.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize product launches and marketing campaigns.
Leverage AI for research, market analysis, insights, copy development, and performance optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and analyze marketing KPIs.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, partnerships, operations, design, and leadership.
Continuously test, measure and optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Foster meaningful conversations that improve customer lives through effective marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional marketing experience.
Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, SEO, and digital analytics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
Experience using AI for campaign planning, research, customer insights, copy generation, SEO, analytics, reporting, workflow automation, creative ideation, and marketing optimization will be highly regarded.
Experience with ChatGPT and other AI productivity platforms is expected.
