About the role

  • Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end
  • Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative
  • Run the annual promotions and events calendar
  • Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives
  • Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution
  • Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community
  • Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders
  • Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project / Program / Operations Manager
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Highly autonomous, reliable, and execution-focused
  • Experience in health, education, or certification programs (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing workflows (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience supporting executive or shareholder communications (Nice-to-Have)
