About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sinch's customer-facing API gateway and authentication services.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into clear and actionable plans and solutions, with counterparts in Engineering, Design, and other functions.
- Own the customer-facing user interfaces and APIs related to this problem space, ensuring they are intuitive, well-documented, and provide a world-class developer experience.
- Develop and provide tools, documentation, and support for internal product development teams to enable them to build on our central platform capabilities.
- Create and execute plans to drive the internal adoption of our API gateway and authentication services, working to reduce fragmentation and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other product teams, to ensure the success of your products.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products and use them to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing technical products, such as APIs, SDKs, or other developer-focused offerings.
- Strong technical background, comfortable diving into details of APIs, authentication, and platform-level technologies.
- Excellent communicator, able to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Natural leader, can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
