About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help develop and maintain our data infrastructure.
  • Support monitoring and observability solutions to ensure reliable production systems.
  • Contribute to improvements and new features on the data platform.
  • Work closely with teammates and other parts of Sinch to support and optimize existing solutions.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing with your ideas and curiosity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have 0–3 years of experience in a relevant field such as Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and like working in a structured way.
  • You have some knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, or a strong interest in learning.
  • You have some exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices, for example through Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, or similar tools.
  • You have basic to intermediate SQL skills, preferably with exposure to BigQuery or other analytical databases.
  • A software development background is a plus.
  • You communicate well and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
  • Applicants must hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship and have a valid Swedish work permit.
