About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create high‑quality graphic and digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, infographics, display ads, videos, and email campaigns.
  • Design on‑brand visuals such as blog images, diagrams, long-form content assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Build and animate basic HTML5 banner ads and develop user‑friendly, visually engaging designs.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and high standards across all digital assets and platforms.
  • Contribute to brand development initiatives, including logo creation, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
  • Support marketing campaigns with cohesive visuals for emails, paid media, events, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and support presentations and internal deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in graphic and digital design, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Skills in illustration, video editing, 3D, or experiential marketing assets.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 for banner ad animations.
  • Strong understanding of visual design and user experience principles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and design system practices.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working in‑house within a B2B SaaS or technology company is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics or A/B testing methodologies is a big plus.
  • High empathy and collaborative problem‑solving skills is a big plus.
