About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and run an information risk program, including identifying, assessing, tracking, and remediating risks with business owners
  • Partner across Sinch to surface enterprise risks and identify control gaps
  • Lead audits and certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type I & II), coordinating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop and improve internal controls, including access reviews and third-party risk management, and evaluate vendors against security standards
  • Share key audit findings with stakeholders and leadership
  • Review business processes and maintain clear policies and documentation to support compliance and efficiency
  • Promote awareness of compliance and information security across the organization
  • Act as a trusted partner in strengthening Sinch’s security posture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in information security
  • Degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, Network+, Project+, CRISC, or CISA are a plus
  • Strong willingness to learn and ability to work independently
