About the role

  • Manage strategic accounts while driving new business through proactive prospecting.
  • Focus on understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions aligned with Sinch’s products.
  • Build trust, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure sustained client satisfaction.
  • Identify, organize, and track sales opportunities within the pipeline to prioritize efforts.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the solution to clients.
  • Engage in negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of the market, including key players and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree;
  • Work experience in the area;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
  • Intermediate English.
