About the role
- Drive discovery with PMs and engineers, ensuring we’re solving the right problems.
- Raise the craft bar through thoughtful interactions, visuals, microcopy, and edge-case handling.
- Help shape UI modernization as Mailjet’s interface and brand evolve.
- Use research and data to continuously validate assumptions and inform decisions.
- Contribute to the design system to improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Collaborate with a passionate team that moves fast and takes pride in what they build.
Requirements
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in self-serve or product-led environments.
- Strong design craft across layout, typography, interaction, and visual systems, with a clear point of view and the skill to execute.
- Comfortable owning the full design process, from discovery to delivery.
- Fluent in Figma and experienced with design systems.
- Outcome-driven, focused on impact, not just output.
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator with PMs and engineers.
- A portfolio that shows your thinking, how you frame problems, make trade-offs, and arrive at solutions.
